Rental Period: 10 months, nationwide multiple requests; from 1 day to 10 months

Challenge: Configure the client’s complete network of 25 stations based at a temporary headquarters, enabling those laptops to communicate with their permanent headquarters on their intranet and access the internet.

Solutions

Being that the client’s needs varied drastically depending on the location and duration, we setup and maintained the temporary headquarters with a dedicated onsite tech. In addition, we stationed an account manager onsite to facilitate logistics with our warehouse staff. All needs were filled on a one-day lead time, with an average of 25 or more requests per week. We also assigned three additional team members to administrate the coordination of delivers and pickups.

Results

The project was extended an additional 2 months and was a success from both a logistics and technological standpoint.
